Started in 2005 by Julien Diaz, Merge Studios started as a production company focused on documentary films. Since then, it has expanded to include producing various different styles of work including commercials, music videos, corporate and commercial documentaries, and a strong focus on new media. Our clients include Bacardi, Johnnie Walker, The Yachts Of Seabourn, and Midtown Miami. Our creative team has won various awards for our work.

Julien Diaz A UCF Film School graduate, Julien started Merge Studios with a passion to tell captivating documentary stories. His talents have since expanded to commercials, music videos, and commercial documentaries. Julien has won various awards, most notably his work on “The Yachts Of Seabourn” and “The Last Survivor.”

Randy Valdes A graduate of Full Sail’s film program, Randy brings his incredible knowledge and expertise of lighting and film to our team. As Julien always says, “I hate shooting without him.” He has been and will continue to be an integral part of our team.
