ICONIC BRAND // NEW FRAGRANCE

 

THE STORY

In the summer of 2012, Mercedes-Benz approached our team with the goal of creating a commercial film to help them introduce their new men's fragrance to the world. They wanted the film to separate itself from their well known automobile initiative & focus primarily on utilizing the essence of their brand to help the product stand on it's own merit.



THE GOAL

The biggest challenge for our team was helping a brand so synonymous with the automobile industry, introduce a new product into the world. We focused primarily on the essence and lifestyle of their customer and utilized that as our main vehicle (pun intended) to introduce this new product.

THE EXECUTION

Working closely with Mercedes-Benz, we focused on identifying the essence of their brand beyond just automobile excellence. By truly understanding their brand story, we were able to create a simple story that was both impactful & playful. This was the perfect way to introduce their fragrance to the world.
